DRD’s Introduction to ANSYS Classic, Part 1

This course focuses on linear static analysis. Emphasis is on geometry import from CAD systems with some modifications in the ANSYS solid and finite element modeler, performance of simple solutions, and results postprocessing. DRD has highly customized this course by developing our own course problems and adding some hand calculations used to check results.

Approximately 50% of the course time is devoted to hands on workshops done with coaching from the instructor.

It is strongly recommended for those attending Introduction to ANSYS Classic, Part 1 that they enroll in the following Introduction to ANSYS Classic, Part 2 course to gain experience and proficiency as fast a possible.
